Whether you need daily, weekly, or monthly insights, this feature ensures timely and consistent information directly to your inbox, eliminating the need for manual report generation. With flexible customization options, you have complete control over the timing and frequency of these scheduled reports.

To schedule a report for delivery:

1. Navigate to the report you’d like to schedule and apply your desired date range and filters, if any
2. Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner
3. Name your report
4. Select the time of day you’d like your report delivered (Morning, Afternoon, Evening)
5. Select the interval (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
6. Select the time zone
7. Add recipients
8. Click Schedule

To view/select scheduled reports:

1. Click on the PURE Insights menu item
2. Select Scheduled Reports
3. All reports created by a single user will appear regardless of the account/dealer the user has selected

To edit a scheduled report:

1. Select the report you’d like to edit from your list of scheduled reports
2. Adjust any aspect of the report schedule you’d like changed
3. Click Save

Log into PURE Insights to schedule your report, or ask your Account Executive for assistance in enabling this exciting new feature.
